It took them 4 years of research and trial and error in the vineyard and in the winery to come up with this great Pinot, simple but yet complex. Rather than the pale and light pinots of Burgundy, this wine is flamboyant in colour with a rather deep, sensuous red hue. On the nose it's full of raspberries and red fruit with a striking spicy liveliness to it. Fresh and lively on the palate, this wine is an easy drinker, bursting with dark red fruity flavours, plenty of spices and a pleasant finish.
