Pure yellow gold and blooming with beautiful shot of radiation and brightness. Elegant and fine bubbles, light and particularly dense. 
The nose is intense and complex, fresh and balanced, providing a spontaneous and modulated floral in a combination of daffodils, hyacinths, irises, grasses, and chamomile. When shaken, all flourish evokes black cherries, blueberries and blackberries, with the background smell of grapes on the vine. Exceptional flavours of toast, toasted almond, praline and lightly roasted coffee beans, while volume and roundness on the palate make it feels great to "roll" in the mouth. Long, powerful and greedy finish, with the appearance of cake flavours, cream of brown rice cake and caramel.
